Project Controller
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Controller across various geotechnical investigation, slope protection and core drilling projects in the Philippines. The Project Controller will be responsible for monitoring the progress of projects, tracking costs, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. The Project Controller will also be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing project data, and communicating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Experience in project management and/or project controlling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geologist, Mining Engineering or related
Prior experience in the geotechnical or construction industry is a preferred
Safety Officer
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer across various geotechnical investigation, slope protection and core drilling projects in the Philippines. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety inspections and audits, conducting accident investigations, and providing safety training to employees.
Qualifications
Health & Safety and Occupational Health expertise
Experience in conducting accident investigations
Security and Safety Training skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in DOLE, COSH DOLE-accredited Training Organization and its equivalent is required
Strong communication skills to effectively implement an OSH program
Knowledgeable with compliances with DOLE requirement.
Experience in construction, drilling and mining is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as safety management, occupational health and safety, or engineering is a plus
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in North Caloocan for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. This role involves maintaining the heavy equipment used in the company’s projects. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for carrying out regular maintenance to minimize downtime of the heavy equipment used on our projects. Implement standard protocols in equipment maintenance and fabrication of all drilling machines, allied equipment and service vehicles. Additionally, roles include but not limited to delegating and scheduling of motor pool manpower, proper storage and handling of fragile materials, documentation of work and equipment history as required.
Qualifications
Must have experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment
Strong leadership, time management and communication skills
Must have knowledge of the hazards associated with heavy equipment maintenance and repair, and follow safety protocols strictly
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Bachelor’s degree/Professional Licensed in Mechanical Engineering
